Orsolya Kővári

ORSOLYA KŐVÁRI has been, since 2002, present in the Hungarian cultural press with her essays and reviews, as well as portraits of actors, film and theatre directors and artists. She is also known for her long interviews with eminent figures of contemporary artistic life. In 2012 she published a volume of essays titled Árnyékvilág (World of Shadows) on the oeuvre of film director Béla Tarr. She is a regular contributor to the periodicals Kritika, Színház (Theatre), Criticai Lapok (Critical Papers), Filmvilág (Cinema World), and the artistic magazine Premier, of which she became an editor in 2005 and assistant editor-in-chief between 2007 and 2012.
