Attila Szepesi

ATTILA SZEPESI (1942-2017), poet, journalist, editor. Between 1972 and 1982 he edited the poetry section of the monthly Kortárs, then he worked for various periodicals (Új Tükör, Új Írás). Prizes include: József Attila Prize (1980), Hungarian Literature Laureate (2002), Hungarian Academy of Arts’ Illyés Gyula Prize (2014).
